Gasification Behavior of Phosphorus during Pre-reduction Sintering of Medium-high Phosphorus Iron Ore

The effects of dephosphorization agents (SiO2, Na2CO3 and Al2O3) reduction time on phosphorus gasification during pre-reduction sintering were studied. results indicate that the rate apatite by carbothermal is 23%, adding SiO2 Al2O3 25%, optimal 36% Na2CO3. increased from 13% to 31% with 20 min 60 min. Thermodynamic analysis shows promotion effect stronger than Al2O3, thermodynamic conditions are optimized greatest extent Na2CO3, starting temperature decreased 1464°C 746°C. P C have same variation change trend, migration ito metallic iron related carburizing reaction. good heat storage sinter layer in increases for maintaining reaction promotes occurrence reaction, however part gas absorbed liquid form stable compounds,which leads decrease rate. Besides addition agent, restricting into phase key point increase efficiency process.
